1. Product Warranty
- Warranty Period:All ProGamer Seats products come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered:Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:
- Structural frame damage (e.g., cracks, breaks).
- Malfunction of adjustable components (e.g., armrests, recline mechanism, height adjustment).
- Defects in upholstery (e.g., peeling, tearing) that are not caused by misuse.

What’s Not Covered:
- Wear and tear from regular use (e.g., minor scuffs, fabric fading).
- Damage from improper assembly, misuse, accidents, or modifications.
- Normal wear of moving parts (e.g., casters, hinges) over time.

Warranty Claim Process:
- Email HZBmacarthur.ianax@aol.com with your order number, product photos/videos of the defect, and a detailed description.
- Our team will review your claim within 3 business days.
- Approved claims will receive free replacement parts, repair service, or a product replacement (at our discretion).
