Assembly Guide

1. Before You Start

  • Unbox Carefully:Open the package and check that all parts are included (refer to the parts list in the manual). If any parts are missing or damaged, contact support@progamerseats.com immediately.
  • Tools Needed:All required tools are included in the package. No additional tools are necessary.
  • Assembly Space:Clear a flat, clean area (at least 4x4 feet) to assemble the chair. We recommend assembling near the final placement of the chair to avoid moving it after assembly.
  • Safety Tips:Do not force parts together—align them properly to avoid damage. Keep small hardware (screws, nuts) away from children and pets.

2. Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Attach the Casters to the Base:Insert the 5 casters into the holes on the bottom of the chair base until they click into place (no screws needed).
  2. Assemble the Hydraulic Lift:Screw the hydraulic lift cylinder into the center of the base clockwise until it is tight.
  3. Attach the Seat to the Hydraulic Lift:Turn the seat upside down. Align the holes on the seat with the hydraulic lift, then secure with the included bolts and washers using the provided tool.
  4. Install the Backrest:Align the backrest with the seat (match the pre-drilled holes), then fasten with the long bolts and nuts. Tighten evenly to ensure stability.
  5. Attach the Armrests:Screw the armrests onto the sides of the seat using the small bolts. Adjust the armrests to your preferred position before fully tightening.
  6. Final Check:Ensure all bolts are tight. Test the chair’s functions (height adjustment, recline, armrest movement) to confirm everything works properly.

3. Troubleshooting

  • Issue: Casters won’t roll smoothly:Check if the casters are fully inserted into the base. If stuck, rotate gently while pushing to lock into place.
  • Issue: Backrest is loose:Tighten the bolts connecting the backrest to the seat. Ensure the washers are properly placed to distribute pressure.
  • Issue: Hydraulic lift won’t adjust height:Make sure the lift cylinder is fully screwed into the base. If it still doesn’t work, contact support for a replacement.
  • Issue: Missing hardware:Email HZBmacarthur.ianax@aol.com with your order number and the missing part name (from the manual) to request free replacement parts.
